Terms and Conditions
General
The delivery and payment conditions apply to all orders and agreements. When you place an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Kleurmeester.nl, Chamber of Commerce number 54558360. Dutch law applies to all agreements concluded with Kleurmeester.nl.
Prices
The prices mentioned are in euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping or delivery costs. All prices are per piece unless otherwise stated.
Sold
A product is only actually sold when payment has been received on Kleurmeester.nl's bank account number and will only then be removed from the website.
Payment
You pay via Shopify payments or our payment provider Mollie via Ideal, bancontact/mr cash, sofort, paypal or bank transfer on the site or receive an invoice by email, so that you can transfer the invoice amount: in the name of Kleurmeester.nl, stating order number and name. IBAN NL42ABNA0408931531, BIC/swift: ABNANL2A.
For a customized product we require a down payment of 50% of the invoice amount. This also applies to all fabrics that are not in stock and are ordered especially for you. The remaining 50% of the invoice amount must be paid at the time of delivery. Another option is cash payment when picking up the product.
Delivery
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of the ordered products and the indicative delivery time.
After receipt of payment, the order will be processed as soon as possible and we will proceed to shipment unless delivery has been agreed otherwise. In that case, Kleurmeester.nl will contact you for a delivery or pick-up appointment.
If, for whatever reason, products unexpectedly have a longer delivery time, you will be notified by e-mail. This also applies to products that are no longer available. Orders that have not been paid within 4 days will be canceled by Kleurmeester.nl.
Postage costs
All small products are sent by us via Postnl letterbox mail according to their conditions. All fabrics up to 1 meter fall under letterbox mail. All meters of fabric above 1 meter are parcel post, except the beach chair fabric which is up to 2 meters letterbox post.
All parcel products are shipped by us via Postnl (www.postnl.nl) or DPD (www.dpd.com/nl) according to their conditions.
Rates for shipping & packaging within the Netherlands up to 30 kg:

Package 0 – 30 kg €6.95
Beach chair, director's chair and/or stool per 4 pieces € 12.50 (DPD)
Shipping & packaging rates in Belgium & Germany:
Letterbox post: €7.75
Package 0 – 30 kg € 10
Beach chair, director's chair and/or stool €15 (DPD)
DPD and Postnl require a signature upon receipt. There are 3 delivery attempts (already after the 1st delivery attempt you can enter a new delivery appointment online via www.nieuwelevering.nl/) www.dpd.com/nl. Conditions per package:
• Max. length: 175 cm (longest side)
• Max. size: 300 cm (circumference + longest side)
• Max. weight: 31.5 kg
If multiple products are ordered at the same time and one of the above conditions is exceeded, the products will be shipped in separate packages.

To take off
All products can only be collected by appointment in Haarlem. Please indicate in the 'comments' section at the bottom of your order that you would like to collect the product. Kleurmeester.nl will contact you for an appointment.
Cancellation
You have the option to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order, without additional costs. You can cancel via info@kleurmeester.nl. If you have already paid for the order that was canceled on time, you will receive the paid amount back.
Returns
If the ordered item does not meet your needs, you can register the product for return within 14 days of receipt. After this return notification, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to our online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 - €15 depending on the location and size of the package. Consult your carrier's website for exact rates.
NB! Returns only apply to products that are not cut to size or custom-made. Custom cut/made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. After all, these products clearly have a personal character and were manufactured according to the customer's specifications.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Kleurmeester.nl with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. The products to be returned may not have been washed, ironed or otherwise treated. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@kleurmeester.nl or use the return form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. For larger products that have been delivered or collected, you must also report this first via info@kleurmeester.nl . We will confirm this, after which you can return or bring the product by appointment.
Complaints
We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@kleurmeester.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
Guarantee
Colors may appear differently on each screen. If you want more information (text or photos) about a product, you can request this by email. Without requesting further information, you agree to the condition of the product.
Incorrect processing of the delivered products may void the warranty. Failure to follow the maintenance and washing instructions of Kleurmeester.nl may void the warranty.
Miscellaneous
Kleurmeester.nl is authorized to use third parties to process your order(s).
Although Kleurmeester.nl does its best to offer all information, services and products as good and error-free as possible, it cannot be held responsible for any errors, defects, lost income or other damage or consequences resulting from the use of this website. .
Force majeur
Without prejudice to the other rights to which it is entitled, Kleurmeester.nl has the right, in the event of force majeure, to suspend the execution of your order, at its own discretion, or to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying you in writing and without Kleurmeester.nl being obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness. Force majeure means any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to Kleurmeester.nl, because it is not attributable to its fault and is not its responsibility under the law, legal treatment or generally accepted views.
Liability
Kleurmeester.nl cannot be held liable for damage caused by the use of products. Use of this is at your own risk. Kleurmeester.nl accepts no liability for loss, delay or damage to goods during shipment. The ordered products are packaged with the utmost care. In all cases, shipping is at the buyer's risk. Insured shipping can be chosen for a fee when ordering, see shipping costs. Mention this under comments.
Kleurmeester.nl is not liable for damage of any kind resulting from incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by or on behalf of the customer.
Disputes
Dutch law applies to these conditions. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement as much as possible. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the court in Haarlem.
Right to amend
Kleurmeester.nl reserves the right to change the conditions and content of its website at any time. All rights reserved.
Privacy
Your personal data is stored in the Kleurmeester.nl customer system to process the order. In addition, Kleurmeester.nl uses your data to send a review request and its newsletters. We apply the regulations in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Your data will not be provided to third parties. And you can cancel your registration for the newsletter at any time.
