Returns

If the ordered item does not meet your needs, you can register the product for return within 14 days of receipt. You have another 14 days from this return notification to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to our online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 - €15 depending on the location and the carrier. Consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

NB! Returns only apply to products that are not cut to size or custom-made. Custom cut/made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. After all, these products clearly have a personal character and were manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Kleurmeester.nl with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and proper packaging. The products to be returned may not have been washed, ironed or otherwise treated.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via i nfo@kleurmeester.nl or using the returns form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Does the color of the fabric not match the photo? We have taken great care in photographing our products. We used professional equipment and special lighting for this. However, the color may differ per screen. Do you want to be sure that you order the desired fabric? Then first order a fabric sample.
