Can I request a fabric sample?
It can sometimes be difficult to assess a fabric, color and/or structure online. that is why we offer a sample service . Depending on the fabric, you pay from € 1.50 for the sample of your choice, excluding shipping costs. This way you can view the color, structure and pattern and possibly hold the fabric next to the curtains, floor or other furniture.

Order and pay for your sample via the site and email info@kleurmeester.nl the names of the fabrics of which you wish to receive samples. Once you have made a choice and order a fabric from our range, you will receive a refund for the amount of the fabric sample.

How do I enter my fabric quantity?
The quantity of the substance is indicated in meters. By using a period after the number of meters you can indicate decimeters and centimeters.

Can I also come and view a product or fabric?
Yes, that's possible. If you plan to buy a home product or fabric, it is nice to be able to view it up close. Make an appointment by email or telephone and come by! Our address: Hendrik FIGEEWEG 3F, BAK D1, 2031 BJ HAARLEM.

Does the fabric still shrink?
All our fabrics are made from natural and ecologically dyed fibers. They are taken directly from the loom, therefore a slight shrinkage of on average 10% in the length of the fabric and 4% in the width is normal after the first wash. We take this into account when measuring our products. If you only order fabric, please take shrinkage into account when placing your order. Our outdoor fabrics are made of acrylic and therefore do not shrink.

Does my product look the same as in the photos?
We have taken great care in photographing our products. We used professional equipment and special lighting for this. However, the color may differ per screen. Do you want to be sure that you order the desired fabric? Then first order a fabric sample .

The ready-made products are made from the fabrics that Kleurmeester has in its range. These fabrics have stripe patterns that run across the full width of the fabrics. This means that the pattern of an ordered product may differ from the photos shown because only part of the fabric is used to make the product. If you want to order the exact product in the photo, an additional charge may be required. Send an email to info@kleurmeester.nl to discuss the possibilities.

How do I order a custom product?
If you are interested in a customized product, please send an email with your wishes and contact details. After your wishes have been discussed (if necessary during an appointment), you will receive a quote. After approval and a 50% deposit, Kleurmeester.nl will start with your customized product. For all fabrics that are not in stock and are ordered especially for you, we require a down payment of 50% of the invoice amount. Customized products and cut-off measurements cannot be returned by Kleurmeester.nl.

How quickly will I receive my product?
If the product/fabric is in stock, the delivery time is usually 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. If a product/fabric is not in stock, you will receive an email with the expected delivery time. For customized products, a delivery time will be agreed upon in consultation. The delivery time of foreign fabrics that are not in stock can vary from 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you also ship abroad?
Of course! Sending to Belgium and Germany is already set up on the website. For shipping to other countries, please contact us. Provide the product and quantity with your address. We will then calculate the shipping costs for you and get back to you with the costs. If you agree, after receipt of payment, we will prepare the order for you and send it to you.

Why is there a year behind a number of fabrics and why are they more expensive?
Some of our Sunbrella fabrics have only been rewoven after 3 years. The raw materials and scarcity of these substances have caused the price to rise enormously. That is why we are forced to increase the prices of these substances. Fortunately, we have been able to stock a number of fabrics at the old prices, but this does not apply to all fabrics. The difference is visible by the higher price and the year. We have also adjusted the prices of products made from these fabrics in our webshop.

Why is a removable tablecloth more expensive than a regular tablecloth or tablecloth?
A coated tablecloth has undergone a treatment in which one side of the cotton fabric has been given an acrylic layer. This makes the rug waterproof and stain-resistant, but retains its rich appearance. This treatment makes the tablecloth more expensive than a cotton tablecloth. A coated tablecloth is woven, therefore has a longer lifespan than tablecloth, is less likely to tear and is machine washable. The function of a coated tablecloth can be compared to an oilcloth, but the quality and price cannot.

How can I redeem a voucher?
Do you have a voucher and would you like to hand it in? Then enter the code in the discount code space in the shopping cart. If your code does not produce the desired result, please contact us. Indicate the number of your voucher and your desired product(s). We will contact you as soon as possible about redeeming your voucher.

Can I order more fabric than available on the site?
Yes, that's possible. Contact us and state your desired number of meters. We will contact our suppliers to see if they have the fabric in stock. And we will get back to you with an expected delivery time.

Can I have my own furniture covered with a color master fabric?
It is possible to order a separate cushion cover for your furniture that has a removable cover, for example your Ikea chair or sofa. Your old cover is used as a pattern for the new cover so that your sofa can be reupholstered with a fabric from Kleurmeester.nl. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.

What are the maintenance and washing instructions?
The special acrylic outdoor fabrics are colourfast, moisture-resistant and have a special stain-resistant finish. A simple brushing with a soft brush, water and mild soap for maintenance is sufficient. Can be washed at 30 degrees, air dried, then ironed to reactivate the finish, without steam.

Wipe tablecloths or fabric with a coating/acrylic layer after each use with a sponge, water and mild soap and wipe dry with a cloth. For stubborn stains such as wine, coffee and tomato sauce, clean the tablecloth immediately. Paint and ink stains are often indelible. If you maintain your tablecloth as described above, it is not necessary to wash the tablecloth often, twice a year is sufficient. Wash at 30 degrees, without fabric softener, spin on low speed and let the fabric air dry. Iron on the untreated fabric (non-shiny) side on the 'cotton' setting.

Wash the 100% cotton fabric/product the first time with a cold wool program without washing powder. Then wash on a normal program at 30 degrees, with a little washing powder. Preferably not or spin on low setting. Empty the washing machine as quickly as possible at the end of the program. Allow to air dry, do not tumble dry, iron on cotton setting. During the first wash, the fabric shrinks on average 10% in the length of the fabric and 4% in the width. You can wash the subsequent washes at a maximum of 60 degrees. We recommend chemical cleaning for curtains.

How do I treat a stain in the fabric?
We recommend tackling stains immediately. First remove solids as much as possible. Then place a damp tea towel on the stain and let the cloth dry. The tea towel absorbs a significant portion of the stain from the upholstery due to its absorbent effect. Repeat this until the stain no longer comes off. If you are going to use a cleaning agent, first try it out in an area that is out of sight. Please note: never scrub or rub the stain. This causes irreparable damage to the tissue.

Can I return my product?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. NB! This only applies to products that are not cut to size or custom made. Custom cut/made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. After all, these products clearly have a personal character and were manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Kleurmeester.nl with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. The products to be returned may not have been washed, ironed or otherwise treated. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@kleurmeester.nl or use the return form. We will confirm the return, after which you can return the product. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If you have any questions, you can of course call or email us, we will respond to your question as quickly as possible. If you have a complaint, we ask you to contact us. We will always look for a suitable solution together.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register the dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
